Pre-offer behavioral screening

Structured behavioral history screening for law enforcement hiring.

Forevue scores applicant responses across seven POST behavioral dimensions and delivers a risk report to your investigators, before polygraph, psych eval, or full background investigation begins.

The agency portal

The console your investigators use every day.

Every applicant, every report, and every action scoped to your agency, with role-based access for investigators, admins, and billing staff.

The Forevue agency console: an applicant pipeline table with status, risk-profile severity chips, and per-applicant actions.
1

Agency isolation

Every user, report, and applicant is scoped to a single agency. Investigators at one agency can never access data from another.

2

Applicant pipeline

All applicants in one view, filterable by status, severity level, and cross-agency drift detection.

3

Severity indicators

The severity column surfaces each applicant's prescreening level at a glance, before opening a single report.

4

Report access

Clicking any row opens the full behavioral report: narrative assessment, behavioral-history areas relevant to background investigation, and cross-application drift notes.

The report

A formal behavioral prescreening report, generated automatically.

Every submission produces a written document: behavioral history scored across seven POST dimensions, a non-clinical IPIP-NEO-120 personality profile, an overall prescreening result, and the behavioral-history areas relevant to background investigation, in under two minutes.

1

Overall prescreening result

A single top-line level, Low, Elevated, or Severe, computed from the count, type, and pattern of self-reported factors. It describes the severity of the self-reported history, never a suitability determination or hiring recommendation.

2

Behavioral risk dimensions

Seven POST dimensions, each scored independently with a severity level, shown border-only, consistent with the institutional document format.

3

Personality profile (IPIP-NEO-120)

A non-clinical Big Five profile in T-scores, included to contextualize the behavioral history. Contains no diagnosis and no ADA-protected content.

4

Behavioral-history areas for investigation

Formal prose describing where the self-reported history relates to the background investigation. Forevue surfaces them; the agency decides how to pursue them.

The applicant experience

Applicants complete the questionnaire on any device.

No app download, no account creation. Applicants receive a secure link, complete the POST 250 personal history questionnaire and the IPIP-NEO-120 personality inventory, and submit, typically in 45 to 60 minutes.

The Forevue applicant questionnaire on a phone: the POST 250 personal-history form with a saved-progress indicator.
1

Magic link, no account required

Investigators generate a secure, one-time link. Applicants click it and begin immediately. No registration, no password, no app to install.

2

Adaptive branching

Conditional logic surfaces follow-up questions automatically based on prior answers, eliminating irrelevant sections and ensuring complete disclosure on flagged areas.

3

Progress is saved automatically

Applicants can stop and return at any time. Their progress is saved after every answer. The questionnaire picks up exactly where they left off.

4

Completion triggers the report

On submission, the heuristic engine scores all responses and generates the dimensional report automatically. Investigators are notified immediately.

Process

Three steps. No training required.

01

Generate a secure questionnaire link.

Investigators create an application and generate a one-time secure link. The link is sent to the applicant by email. No system access or account is required on the applicant side.

02

Receive a behavioral prescreening report.

Forevue scores the behavioral history across seven POST dimensions, generates a non-clinical personality profile, and computes an overall prescreening result. The written report is ready in under two minutes.

03

Investigators enter the interview prepared.

Each report describes, in plain language, the areas of the self-reported history relevant to background investigation. One-click export to eSOPH or Vetted.
