Institutional Pricing
Pricing structured for agency budgeting
based on avoided downstream screening and hiring costs.
The average cost of a failed law enforcement hire exceeds $100,000 when you factor in academy training, FTO time, liability exposure, and community trust erosion. Forevue identifies screening concerns before you invest in polygraphs, psych evals, and full background investigations.

2. National Police Foundation; Force Science Institute context brief. Includes sunk academy costs, field training officer hours, and lateral replacement recruiting.
Common procurement questions
Is there a difference in capabilities between large and small agencies?
No. Your annual $4,900 platform access provides the exact same comprehensive pre-offer screening system, secure data structures, and dashboard capabilities as our largest clients.
How is usage billed?
Your base annual access includes 140 applicants. Beyond that allocation, you are billed $35 for every overage applicant processed. This transparent model ensures your costs scale directly with your active hiring pipeline.
Can we add more investigators or command staff?
Yes. Unlimited seats are included so agencies can maintain strict access control without sharing credentials. Add as many investigators or admins as needed at no additional cost.
Why $4,900?
We price base access below a common municipal micro-purchase threshold. Agencies should confirm the correct procurement path with their own purchasing authority.
Do you support standard agency procurement processes?
Yes. We provide all standard vendor documentation required by your city or county and fully support standard Purchase Order tracks to make adoption simple.
What are the contract terms?
The base platform is billed annually. Multi-year agreements are available upon request with locked annual pricing. Contracts auto-renew unless cancelled with 30-day written notice prior to the renewal date.
